Adding a Campaign

In this article, we are going to explain the process of adding and managing campaigns within the REALSTACK app. The campaign feature makes it easy to keep track of current and past advertising campaigns for listings. 

Let’s get started!

Adding a Campaign

  1.      Log in to your Client Admin account in the REALSTACK app.
  2.  On the left navigation find and click “Campaigns” then click “Add Campaign”.

3. Fill out the fields in the “Add Campaign” form.

Assigned to Campaigns by default are assigned to the user creating the activity.  If you wish to assign the campaign to another user, begin typing the user's name in the "Assigned To" field and select your intended user.

    1. Team View
      1. Determines if the other users on your team can view this campaign. It will default to the setting in your profile.  You may change it per campaign on this form as needed.
    2. Title 
      1. The name of the Campaign.
    3. Type 
      1. Keeps track of the specific type of campaign. 
    4. Listings
      1. Links the listing(s) that are associated with this campaign. 
    5. Start Date / End Date
      1. Keeps track of the start and end date for the campaign.
    6. Notes
      1. Any additional notes on the campaign that you wish to keep.

Once you have completed the entry of campaign information, click the SAVE button at the bottom of the form.

Manage Campaigns

  1.  Login to REALSTACK. 
  2. On the left navigation find and click “Campaigns” then click “View Campaigns”.
  3. The “Campaign” table keeps track of the deals you have created.
    1. Use the search bar and drop-downs to search and filter campaigns.
    2. Use the triple-line action menu to quickly edit or delete a campaign.

Fields

  1. Search
    1. Search Campaigns by title, listings Involved, and type. 
  2. Office
    1. Filter by the specific office.
  3. Users
    1. Filter by specific users. 
  4. Type
    1. Filter by type of user.
  5. Search
    1. Search Campaigns by title, listings Involved, and type. 
  6. Office
    1. Filter by the specific office. 
  7. Users
    1. Filter by specific users. 
  8. Type
    1. Filter by type of user.
