MLS Integration Set up Process
REALSTACK can now provide MLS IDX services for your land broker website! Below is a brief breakdown of the MLS integration setup process from start to finish.
Set Up Stage
At this stage, you will receive an email from support@realstack.com regarding your general MLS information. With this, we will set up an agreement with each requested MLS.
Be prepared to provide the following information:
- Full Brokerage Name
- MLS Participant ID (Broker License #)
- If you have an office code or MLS ID for each individual MLS, please provide a list
- Broker Name, email, and phone number
Integration Stage
In this stage, our developers work to integrate your MLS with REALSTACK. This step can be skipped if the requested MLS is already on our list of integrated MLSs.
Build Stage
In this stage, our team builds your IDX page(s) where your MLS feed will live. This page is designed to match the rest of your site.
Rollout Stage
In this stage, depending on the status of your website, we will roll out your MLS page(s). If the MLS page is completed before the rest of your website is built, we will wait to roll it out until the entire site is completed.
